Rafael Faria

Rafael Faria is an Associate Director & Partner at Fesa responsible for conducting executive search projects in Rio de Janeiro, attending the states of Rio de Janeiro, Espirito Santo, as well as the North and Northeastern regions of Brazil. He is dedicated to the practices of Industrial, Infrastructure and Oil & Gas industries. Due to Fesa’s association with IIC Partners, he also conducts consulting projects in more than 60 business centers throughout the world. He began his career in the Oil & Gas sector providing engineering solutions. His focus was on drilling and production equipments for platforms. In May 2007, he had his first experience in Executive Search working for the oil & gas and infrastructure industries during two years and a half. In February 2010 he accepted the challenge in a new executive search agency to lead the Oil & Gas division. That period he was responsible for the deployment of this business unit in Brazil. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering with emphasis in Mechanical Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica – Rio (PUC -RJ). He is a native speaker of Portuguese and fluent in English.
