Peter Fenton

biography

Peter was born in Zimbabwe and comes from a farming background. His early career was in the hospitality industry, where he rose to General Management responsibility. Peter has built a second career around identifying and assessing talent, and understanding how really good people transform the businesses they work in. Peter has unrivalled knowledge of the estates and agricultural sectors, and these, together with commercial and charity clients, provide the backbone of his work. He has over 25 years’ experience of the recruitment sector, and was Chief Executive of a sector specialist consultancy before being a Founding Partner of Hanover Fox International.
