Lynda Ferren, Director, Research, a member of the Straube team since 1999, is responsible for coordinating the research function, as well as the office/MIS management. Lynda is a graduate of Plymouth State College and brings the firm over six years of administrative and sales/customer service experience in the Academic and Retail industries.
