Greg has been a trusted business advisor to his clients for over twenty-three years. Located in Regina, Greg is our Partner leading our Saskatchewan practice. Prior to joining Conroy Ross Partners, Greg was a founder and served as President of Strategic Future Group which was comprised of two companies offering distinct capabilities: providing strategic organization development services to clients from a variety of industries; and, assisting SME clients to leverage the Internet to support the achievement of their business goals. Greg was also formerly Cap Gemini Ernst & Young Canada’s leader for the People and Organization Solutions team within the Strategy & Transformation Service line. In this capacity, he built and led a team of approximately 20 professionals located across Canada, whose mandate was to support the human and organization dynamics associated with major business transformation engagements. In the mid to late 1990’s Greg was the Partner in charge of Ernst & Young’s successful management consulting practice in Saskatchewan. Throughout the years, Greg’s clients have valued his business sense, whole system perspective and business transformation capabilities. Greg has been the President of the Institute of Certified Management Consultants of Saskatchewan and Chair of the Canadian Association of Management Consultants Board. He is currently involved in the Executive Stream Task Force - a focused membership growth initiative. Committed to the community, Greg most recently chaired the University of Regina Athletics fundraising dinner. He continues to support the dinner as a volunteer member of the organizing committee.
