Dan Finch is the founder of Finch and Associates. Dan has been in leadership positions in the highly engineered manufacturing industry for 25 years and brings a wealth of solid business experience to the field of technical and executive recruiting. Dan started his career in the Bell System and learned the business from the ground up. In 1980, Dan helped found Chicago based Westell and was its first president for seven years. In 1991, Dan was named president of California based C-COR/COMLUX and in 1993 was elected president and COO of the parent company. Dan is now a working manager at Finch and Associates and specializes in photonics, biotechnology and medical device and supplies manufacturing.



Dan holds a BS in Physics from the Indiana Institute of Technology and an MBA from the University of Chicago. Dan enjoys jogging, photography and spectator sports when not recruiting.
