Margot Finley-Aguilera

Since 1996, Margot has recruited and placed over 82 top executives and 200 sales professionals at all levels for Technology, Training, Content and Learning Vendors.

A large percent of her work is in the niche of technology solutions such as:

 Training and Content in 35 subsectors (ex: soft skills, IT, research, Compliance, OSHA, certifications etc)

 E-Learning (same as above)

 Talent Management Software Providers such as:

• Learning Management System Software

• Compensation Software

• Workforce/Succession Planning software

• Assessments/Performance Appraisal technology

Margot has recruited for: Oracle, ADP, NCR Teradata, McGraw-Hill, Kronos, Plateau Systems, New Horizons, Prosoft, West Group, Global Knowledge, Prometric, NetG are some of the larger clients, but many of the clients are small to mid-size organizations.

Previously, as Director of Operations at Humana Executive Search based in London, she helped create and expand the executive search network across Europe from 5 to 35 offices. Prior to Humana, she worked in IT Staffing.

After graduating from college, she was a broadcast journalist, assistant assignment editor, and a ridiculously unsuccessful part time television show anchor in Cleveland, Ohio.

Margot received her B.A. in English from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio in 1988.
