Cindy Fletcher

Cindy Fletcher has over 20 years experience in the recruiting industry. After graduating with a Bachelor's Degree from California State University, Long Beach she accepted her first recruiting assignment in Irvine, California in 1988 at Cory Associates. She was the top recruiter twelve of her fourteen years and was promoted to management in 1991.

Cindy is a California Accredited Consultant and is a member of the National Association of Personnel Services and California Staffing Professionals. In 2000 Cindy was accepted into the Pinnacle Society, an honors organization consisting of the top 75 permanent placement recruiters in the nation. The Pinnacle Society is dedicated to the theme of excellence in recruiting; members of The Pinnacle Society are committed to an honest, ethical style of doing business and share a desire to raise, on a global level, the standards of the profession. Cindy began Strategic Search Solutions, Inc. in 2002.

Cindy's pursuit in staffing is in the satisfying of clients and candidates. She has committed to a standard of excellence that transcends the way some search firms conduct business. It is Cindy's intent to establish a lasting and trusting relationship with her Clients. She does this by developing and maintaining a dialog that treats Clients as the professionals they are.
