biography
After an early career in teaching, Lesley moved into the employment services sector working for Manpower Plc in a number of management roles.
She went on to work in the commercial interiors market for Herman Miller and later became its UK Marketing Director. She left to form Facility Group Interiors, a Herman Miller dealership, and worked with major corporates on office fit-outs and the provision of facility management and other service packages. She joined Thomas Cole Kinder in 1996 and was appointed a Partner later that year.
