Mario Fondati is a Partner of Amrop Slovakia. His primary focus is on leading professional practice teams in the areas of Executive Search and Human Capital Consulting services. He joined the firm in 2010. He is experienced in management and execution of international Executive Search projects in CEE region across many senior and middle management positions as well as high speciality positions for variety of companies in German as well as English speaking environment. He has got extensive knowledge and experience in area of business processes, restructuring, quality, planning, marketing and sales. He is responsible for managing projects especially in the areas of Executive Search and Board Advisory inIndustrial, IT/telco, Retail and Life Science sectors and provides consulting on various issues locally as well as on the international level. Prior to joining Amrop he worked for another international executive search consultancy with responsibility for managing his own business case. Before he moved to executive search business, for several years he held a leadership role in telecommunication sector in area of sales support, marketing, planning and quality. Mr. Fondati is a member of the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC) and leader of Increasing Value of Human Capital Initiative at think-tank organization EPPP - European Public Policy Partnership.
