Mr. Fottland’s expertise lies in working with large, complex institutions especially those representing consulting, finance and energy. He has extensive experience from various assignments in the public sector, particularly with government agencies and health administration. Mr. Fottland holds a Masters Degree from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration in Bergen with a concentration in administration and behavioral science.
