biography

A 22 year veteran of Manufacturing Management, Walt held management positions in various functions within major corporations in the Furniture Manufacturing industry such as: Product Development, Quality Assurance, Production Management and General Management. Walt's hands on management experience offers clients the advantage of communicating with someone that understands the materials and processes utilized, relates to the issues clients typically face, as well as having the ability to accurately assess the true talent levels of candidates. Trained by Shingijutsu in Japan, Walt possess the hands on knowledge and experience in implementing and managing in a lean environment utilizing the Toyota Production System principles of LEAN MANAUFACTURING.
