biography

Rick is one of the company's Founders and is a Managing Partner in the firm. He works primarily with venture capital and private equity client companies. His executive search experience since the company’s founding in 1988 is combined with ten years of sales and management experience. Previously, he was a Principal and Managing Partner of a mortgage brokerage and banking firm which was generating over $100,000,000 of annual mortgage volume at the time he sold his interests to help establish Kensington International. Prior to founding this company, Rick worked progressively through increasingly higher marketing/sales management positions with Federal Signal and Honeywell. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University in Industrial Management, with concentrations in Industrial Engineering and Finance.
