Mr. Reinier Geyser

biography

Having begun his career in the healthcare industry eight years ago in South Africa, Mr. Geyser brings an array of international recruiting experience and knowledge to the CCI team. Starting his career at the pharmaceutical company, Pharmacia, Reinier quickly excelled in sales and marketing and held the prestigious title of “Representative of the Year.” He received this award for multiple years running in a sales force of at least 180 representatives. Reinier was later recruited by Astra Zenica as Area Sales Manager. In that role, he was responsible for the North and West Region of South Africa as well as recruiting, managing and training his own Sales Team.



Seeing a niche in the market, Reinier started Search Medical Personnel, a specialized Medical Recruiting Company. Search Medical Personnel concentrated on two segments of the market: recruiting and training contract sales forces and key placements of sales and mid-level management personnel. Actively working with both established and emerging pharmaceutical companies in South Africa, Reinier successfully introduced and implemented the first contract sales forces to the market. Reinier also worked closely with HR departments to fill vacancies within their companies. Having now relocated to the United States, Reinier is proud to become a new addition to CCI International as Vice President of Pharmaceutical and BioTech Recruiting and Business Development.
