Jun Gil established the Manila Office of Amrop in 1995. Today, Amrop is the leading firm in retained search in the Philippines, achieving 90%+ repeat business from its clients. Jun and his team have successfully completed senior level assignments in FMCGs, Financial Services, Healthcare, Energy, BPOs, Media, Telecommunications, Real Estate, Biotechnology, Hospitality and Industrial/ Manufacturing. Clients are market leaders and blue chip companies from the U.S.A., Europe and Asia. Before becoming an executive search consultant, Jun held various positions with two leading U.S. multinational consumer goods companies Procter & Gamble and Gillette. His career track was in Brand Management and Marketing leading to General Management positions in the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. Jun was also expatriated to Melbourne and Sydney. Jun has a degree in Business Administration (Economics) and MBA academic units at the University of the Philippines.
