biography

Eric Goldstein has more than sixteen years of search and consulting experience. Most recently, Eric served as a Partner in Rhodes Associates’ Real Estate Practice conducting search assignments across many functional areas including Asset/Portfolio Management, Development, Construction, Operations, Banking, and Finance & Accounting.

Previously, Eric served as the Chief Financial Officer of Johnson Smith & Knisely (presently known as Highland Partners), a retained executive search firm. Eric began his career as a CPA with Coopers & Lybrand (presently known as PricewaterhouseCoopers). Representative clients that Eric has served include Acadia Realty Trust, Forest City Ratner, Capital Trust, Millennium Partners, JPMorgan Chase, UBS, WCI Communities, and the J.E. Robert Companies.

Eric graduated from the State University of New York at Albany and earned an MBA from Rutgers University Graduate School of Management. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts. Eric is a founding partner of Newbridge Search Partners.
