biography
Stephen Grant's career includes more than 30 years experience in the Staffing, Executive Search Industry, Talent Management and Business Services sectors. He has built and sold two successful businesses, one of which was the largest privately held staffing and professional services firm in the greater San Diego marketplace.
He has held positions ranging from Executive Recruiter (having evaluated, counseled, positioned and placed more than 1,000 employment candidates) to Executive Vice President, COO, General Manager, Executive Coach, Business Owner/Entrepreneur, Merger & Acquisition Advisor, Interim Senior Manager and Consultant.
He has a background and technical training in electronics, communications systems and computer technology and applications. He holds a BS degree in Management.
Stephen has served as Vice President of Retained Search for Cornerstone Los Angeles for two years. He is responsible for all Retained Search activities, Business Development and Client Relations. He is based in our Orange County office at 36 Executive Park, Suite 100, Irvine, CA 92614
