Mr. Lawrence Grotte

Larry Grotte, a co-founder of Lautz Grotte Engler & Swimley, is a former Partner of the executive search firm of Wilkinson & Ives. Larry’s search practice is focused in the enterprise software and Internet/Intranet industries. Previously, he served as President & CEO of Local Silence, Inc., an emerging medical technology company. He has additional experience as CEO of Performance Development Systems, a management advisory firm specializing in strategic marketing processes for pre-IPO ventures; COO for SVI, Inc., a product development company; and Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Stellar GPS, an early-stage satellite technology company. Earlier experience includes senior financial and international management positions with Shaklee Corporation, Measurex, Four-Phase systems, and Coopers & Lybrand. Larry is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Local Silence and Visual Harmonics, a software tools company. He received his MBA degree from Notre Dame de Namur University and a BA degree from San Francisco State University.
