Scott Hahn is a Senior Managing Partner for Jackman Financial, a nationally recognized executive search firm that provides executive search services across complimentary areas within the mortgage industry. In 2004, Mr. Hahn co-founded the firm’s Financial Services Technology and Business Operations practice and is the leading partner of the CIO and mortgage technology practice. Mr. Hahn draws on more than 20 years of business experience to strengthen Jackman Financial Group's clients and their executive leadership while specializing in IT recruitment.
Before joining Jackman Financial, Mr. Hahn was the CIO of Centex Home Equity, a Fortune 250 company. As the CIO, Mr. Hahn’s successfully built the IT department from 0 employees to more than 80 while overseeing the development of several call centers with over 400+ seats. Mr. Hahn’s previous positions as a senior information technology officer with companies like Firstplus Financial, West Capital Financial and First Associates has allowed him to build and manage information technology from legacy systems to the cutting-edge technologies of today.
