Charles A. Haines is the Managing Partner of Allen Adell. Prior to founding his own company in 2003, Mr. Haines was a Vice President with Management Recruiters International (MRI) for over 14 years. During his 19 year career as an executive recruiter, he has consulted with hundreds of healthcare organizations to define, recruit and successfully complete searches for C-level, VP and Director roles as well as for critical functional positions in operations, finance, sales, marketing and human resources.
