Charlie Hall is a Partner with Amrop Top Management - Amrop’s Colombia office, a company belonging to the Ibero-American network, owned by the Spanish Group Seeliger & Conde. Charlie has more than 20 years of experience in the selection of high-level human resources. Before joining Amrop Top Management, Charlie was partner and founder of a Cheese and Wine Company. After that, he spent 12 years as Managing Director of Top Management's office in Medellin. Charlie has postgraduate studies in Marketing from the University of Orlando, FL, USA, and he is a Business Administrator graduated from CESA University in Colombia. He has been a member of different Commerce Chamber’s such as; American- Colombian, Britain -Colombian and German- Colombian. On the other hand he has been Board Director of a group of companies such as Compass, Interbrand, Drake Beam Morin, Porter Novelli and Teletraining, among others. He is the founder and director of “Foundation for Rehabilitation of Handicapped” in Colombia.
