Eileen Hannegan

biography

Eileen Hannegan is a Master Certified Coach and Global Chair of Cornerstone Executive Coaching. With her depth of experience and expertise, Ms. Hannegan is responsible for coordinating and supervising the international network of Cornerstone Executive Coaches in delivering world-class Cornerstone Executive Coaching Services worldwide.

Eileen is co-founder of International Master Coaches and co-creator of "The Laser Coaching Workshop" and "Customized Executive Coaching Skills." He is a lead coach and trainer with the Cornerstone Certified Executive Coach (CCEC) training programs for leaders, teams and top managers.

These training programs are approved by the International Coach Federation, the world leader in coaching certification standards.

Previous Experience

Eileen was one of the first Organizational Development consultants to introduce coaching into business in 1989. With more than 25 years of consulting and executive coaching experience, Eileen has held positions on the national board of the Professional Coaches and Mentors Association (PCMA), and was the founding President of the San Diego Chapter of PCMA. She has been a Master Certified Coach (MCC) since 1999 and is a pioneer in the profession of executive coaching.
