Liz A Harder

biography

Liz Harder graduated from the University of Texas at Austin. She is a Certified Personnel Consultant and Certified Public Accountant. She worked in public accounting for KPMG and held accounting management positions for companies in distribution and financial services. She started her career in the staffing industry when she was hired to open the Houston office for a Dallas-based staffing firm in 1992. Ms. Harder moved to Austin in 1995 and worked as a Recruiter for major high tech corporations in Austin. In 1998 she founded Harder Consulting (formerly Harder Livesay). Harder Consulting merged with Bridgepoint Consulting in 2013. The firm provides professional search services and specializes in accounting, finance, and human resources positions.

Ms. Harder is a Certified Personnel Consultant and is a member of the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS). She has served as President of the Capital City Association of Personnel Consultants, President of the Austin Chapter of the Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting and held various positions including President of the American Association of Finance & Accounting (AAFA).
