Ms. Mary Heideman

biography

Ms. Heideman has 20 years of executive recruitment and selection training experience. While with R.H. Macy's, Inc., Ms. Heideman was responsible for executive recruitment, executive training and the campus recruitment program.

During her eleven years with the American Management Association, Ms. Heideman developed and conducted seminars throughout the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom on topics including recruitment and selection skills. In addition, she has delivered keynote presentations to professional associations and national conferences on recruiting and retaining executive talent.

As a Principal in the Executive Search practice of a multi-disciplined consulting firm, Ms. Heideman's clients included professional membership associations, manufacturing firms and publishing firms among others. Today, she co-owns Tryon & Heideman, LLC, conducting searches for a diverse group of organizations. Ms. Heideman continues to give presentations on selection and retention practices.

Ms. Heideman earned a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Behavior and Labor Relations from the University of Colorado. She has served on the Board of United Cerebral Palsy and works with the American Cancer Society.
