Guillermo Heins Finkensteadt is Managing Partner of Amrop Top Management - Amrop’s Colombian Caribbean office, a company associated to the Ibero-American network, owned by the Spanish Group Seeliger & Conde. Results-oriented with 35+ years experience in companies as E.I. DuPont de Nemours & Co. 1973-2007 (President Andean & Central America & Caribbean Region) including several responsibilities in Colombia, Venezuela, Brazil and USA, and recently, Manager, Heins und Möller (2007-today). His career started in the operations area, and he later became a General manger in Colombia and then assumed several responsibilities in Latin America. Guillermo is skilled in leadership processes, general and strategic management, strategic planning, corporate governance, HR and coaching. He is a Chemical Engineer from Universidad del Atlántico. He also attended Wharton, Northwestern University (Kellogg School of Management). Guillermo is a very active member of several Board of Directors such as Propilco, Propal, ANH (Agencia Nacional de Hidrocarburos), Inver Argos (Cement and Energy), The Center for Leadership (CLG) and several foundations such as Endeavor, Universidad del Norte, ProBarranquilla.
