biography
Ellen joined Westwood Partners in June 2004. She specializes in recruiting senior investment and marketing executives primarily in the Asset Management, Global Banking, and Hedge Fund arenas.
Ellen brings more than ten years of experience in the financial services industry to her role. Before entering search, she worked in Equity Research at Citigroup; covering companies in the retail, chemical, and business services industries. Prior to joining Citigroup, Ellen was a Management Consultant in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Strategic Change Practice. She was recruited to develop the firm’s first-ever leadership development service based on research she conducted with Michigan Business School Professor Noel Tichy. In each of her prior firms, Ellen always played an active role in recruiting. She served as leader of the Wharton MBA Recruiting Team at Smith Barney and is an Alumni Interviewer for prospective MBA applicants to The Wharton School.
Ellen has an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BBA in Finance from The University of Michigan.
