biography
Steven has extensive Executive Search and Human Resources Generalist experience in the Pharmaceutical, Chemical, and Petroleum Industries. Steven has conducted in excess of 150 searches in the Life Sciences sector. He has managed Staffing, Compensation and Human Resource functions in Research, Manufacturing and Corporate environments working for Rorer Group, Inc., FMC Corporation and Shell Oil Company. Steven has also had Labor Relations experience with responsibilities for grievance handling, arbitration, and negotiations for an 1800 employee oil refinery. Steven has an MS in Organizational Development from the University of Pennsylvania, and a BS from Cornell University, School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
