With more than 19 year's experience in Executive Search, I have seen a great deal of change within the recruitment market. The demands on our clients, however, have remained very similar. For the last 15 years I have had the privilege of being closely involved in the business challenges of all our clients. This has given me a unique insight to the recruitment demands of a diverse group of talented business leaders.
