With more than 20 years in the technical recruiting field, Susan brings to Ricci Lee Hubbart Associates a depth of knowledge acquired from working inside some of Silicon Valley’s most successful companies. Starting her career in search in 1982 with Korn/Ferry International, Susan transitioned into industry recruiting for such companies as Coherent, KLA Instruments (prior to the merger with Tencor), Amdahl, Synopsys, and Yahoo, as well as a number of start-ups in B2B and enterprise software.

She understands what it takes to build a successful company. Knowing that timing is a critical factor in the hiring process, Susan operates with a “sense of urgency” mentality that assures successful completion of clients’ objectives. The success she’s enjoyed over her many years in search is a result of her intelligence, drive and commitment. There’s nothing more rewarding to Susan than finding the best candidates for her clients, then watching all parties thrive.

Susan received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of San Francisco.
