Maureen Huminik

Search Director Maureen Huminik has over 13 years of experience working in nonprofit organizations. Focusing her career in annual fund, direct mail, and telemarketing, Ms. Huminik has held senior positions in healthcare and social service organizations such as Newton-Wellesley Hospital, AIDS Action Committee of Massachusetts, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, and Brigham and Women's Hospital.

A graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, Ms. Huminik is active in professional organizations such as Women in Development and the Association of Fundraising Professionals.

Maureen has served as team leader for multiple searches at Wheaton College, Wittenberg University, and at Washington University in St. Louis where she recently recruited the school’s Assistant Vice Chancellor and Director of Alumni Relations. She has also recruited for annual fund leadership positions at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Lahey Clinic.
