Tom Jayroe is the Founder and President of Management Recruiters of Atlanta Peachtree North, a recruitment solutions leader within the Health Care industry with a focus on sales, marketing and engineering talent. Our top talent is involved with the pharmaceutical, medical, medical device, managed care and home health – DME areas.

Since establishing the office in 1998, he has helped a wide variety of companies from entrepreneurial organizations to Fortune 500 corporations in identifying challenges, developing solutions and recruiting top talent to better position his clients for rapid growth. His client list includes Allergan, Medtronic, Teleflex Medical, Cardinal Healthcare, and Kimberly Clark, amongst many others. Specific positions that he has identified top talent for includes National Sales Managers, Directors of Marketing, and Medical and Pharmaceutical sales reps within the last year.



Tom’ recruiting background is supported by more than 22 years within the medical industry which included 16 years with Baxter Health Care/ Caremark Home Care in positions ranging from Sales, National Sales Trainer, General Manager and VP of Business Development. This experience is complimented by 4 years with the Tokos medical organization where he served as one of two National Field Managers in their initial product launch helping to grow the organization to more than $50 million in sales and a successful public stock offering four years later. He also served as the National Accounts Manager calling on the Managed Care industry with Allergan Pharmaceutical Company.
