Kathleen Jennings is the President and CEO of ET Search, Inc., headquartered in La Jolla, California. ET Search, Inc. specializes in placing management level tax executives for clients located throughout the United States, Europe, Asia, and Latin America. Ms. Jennings is one of very few search professionals in the United States trained to conduct high
level tax searches on national and international levels. In the past year, she
has successfully completed tax searches on four different continents.
Formerly trained by one of the largest executive search firms in the country, she
has spent several years conducting multi-level tax searches enveloping a myriad
of disciplines: banking, chemical, construction, entertainment, financial
institutions, healthcare, high technology, insurance, leasing, manufacturing, natural resources, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, retail, service, software, telecommunications, transportation, and utilities.
Ms. Jennings served as President and CEO of the National Association of Executive Recruiters for four consecutive years. She also chaired committees on education and ethics in the executive search profession. Ms. Jennings is also a frequent speaker before several trade organizations including Tax Executives Institute.
