biography
Maria has been Managing Director/CEO and owner of LOGROS since 1984 and the Cornerstone International Group representative in Columbia since September 2006.
She has been a human talent consultant for several companies both in Colombia and abroad for the past 28 years.
Maria completed Graduate Studies in Top Management at the Universidad de los Andes de Bogota, with specialized diplomas in executive selection, training, performance assessment, salary curves, service management, assessment, selection by competences, and human resources management.
She graduated in Psychology from the Universidad Javeriana de Bogota, and received her Master's degree at the University Nanterre La Défense.
Maria is a professor at four universities in Bogota -- the Universidad Javeriana, Universidad de La Sabana, Universidad del Rosario, and Universidad Santo Tomas. She holds the position of Selection Director at Servicios Empresariales Integrados and is also Career Adviser at Nuevo Gimnasio private school in Bogota.
Maria is fluently bilingual in French and Spanish and has a good knowledge of English. Her goal is to be recognized as the best talent management consultant in Colombia.
