Having worked for a boutique search firm while in University, Emilie Johnson elected to pursue a career in executive search after graduating from the University of Western Ontario’s Richard Ivey School of Business. Emilie joined Conroy Ross Partners in 2006, attracted by the smaller, familial culture and the opportunity to be a voice in the firm. Since joining the firm, Emilie has acquired an in-depth understanding of the oil and gas industry and has learned how to identify top talent via a thorough candidate assessment process. Thriving on the challenge of finding the right candidates in a tight market, her dedication and innovative approach enable her to close the toughest searches. While her expertise is in senior technical roles for exploration and production companies, she has executed searches at all levels in a wide variety of industries. Emilie has helped facilitate the growth of a diverse range of clients, from emerging companies looking to build an entire team to established organizations entering new markets.
