As the leader of our Search and Recruitment Practice in Calgary, Debra is driven to help companies meet their recruitment needs. Debra's diligence, caring nature and reliability help create outstanding results for her clients, while building quality relationships that are based on loyalty and trust.
Debra is an excellent mentor and business development leader. Colleagues and clients view Debra as a focused, talented go-to person who will quickly grasp the situation and then jump in to do whatever needs doing. Debra is also involved in numerous aspects of other services such as succession planning, career pathing, career management, training, research, job market identification, re-employment counseling and organizational analysis.
She has been involved in recruiting assignments in a variety of industry sectors, including oil and gas, not-for-profit, manufacturing, government, , hospitality, transportation, healthcare, and professional associations.
Supporting the Community with Commitment and Innovation
Debra's largest volunteer commitment is to Theatre Calgary. She is a member of their Board of Directors and serves on numerous committees, including the Human Resources Committee. She was also twice elected President of The 400 Club. Debra is also the Past-President and a member of the Human Resources Association of Calgary, the Human Resources Institute of Alberta, the Institute of Certified Management Consultants of Canada, and a member of the Canadian Management Professionals' Association.
Along with four other women, Debra has recently been instrumental in the creation of an online community, EvesTribe.com, that is designed to provide an environment where women can be true to themselves, speak from their true voice and find strength from other women.
