biography
Claire Jouffroy has 11 years of experience in the executive search business and joined Amrop RTA at the end of 2011. Claire advises her clients in their search for future leaders and Executive Board level positions. Business and industrial services, B2B distribution, capital goods and manufacturing account for a major part of Claire’s clientele. In addition, Claire has gained experience in diverse companies and sectors while serving a selection of portfolio companies of Private Equity firms. She is naturally interested in mid-size companies, family business and entrepreneurs. Claire started her career as a lecturer in an Ivy League University in the United States and in France at a later stage. She joined the management team of HEC in 1991 where she held several positions including that of Corporate Relations and Placement Director. She was HR Director at KPMG Consulting before starting in executive search in 2001. Claire holds a Master’s Degree in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania, a post-graduate Diploma from the Institut des Hautes Etudes de l’Amérique Latine as well as an MA in English/US literature.
