Barbara is an executive search consultant, attorney and an employment practices and labor relations law consultant who has over twenty years of experience.

She recruits:

HR, Legal, Finance, Publishing (newspaper and magazine) and other related professionals

Barbara primarily places Partners and Associates in fine firms as well as in-house positions. She specializes in labor and employment, real estate, IP, Litigation, Corporate, Securities, ERISA, and entertainment law.

She focuses on employment and labor law, real estate law, IP law, Corporate and Securities law, Litigation, ERISA and HIPPA and entertainment law.

Barbara is an adjunct faculty member of Cornell University, New York State School of Industrial and Labor Relations where she teaches in many of the Management Extension programs. Barbara trains Executives and HR professionals on equal employment law, labor relations law, collective bargaining, ERISA and HIPPA, and wage and hour issues.

She also develops and delivers internal management training programs for corporations, non-profit organizations and public agencies.

Previously Barbara served as in-house counsel at the New York Daily News and was associated with law firms in New York City, Long Island and Newark, New Jersey
