Native of Boston, Massachusetts, Cynthia resides in Mexico City and joined Delta Top Talent (then named Transearch) in January 2009. Since then, she has attracted clients in various industries including Energy, Mining and Chemical, attracting the best executive talent in Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean. With additional experience in Laadership Coaching and Cross-cultural training , Cynthia selects multicultural and multilingual executives with global experience that can adapt to and achieve results in the local culture. She has more than 25 years of combined experience in Executive Search, Consulting, Leadership Coaching, Marketing and Business Development. Her industry experience includes nine years as Marketing Executive with two of the leading international business risk consultancy. She also worked in Osaka, Japan for a leading Japanese Chemical Engineering company; a supplier of automotive and construction industries. Cynthia has a Master in International Management School "Arthur D. Little School of Management "(currently known as Hult International Business School) based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, where she graduated with honors. She holds a degree in business administration and in Spanish at the University of New Hamphsire. Cynthia is certified as a Leadership Coach and member of International Coach Federation (ICF).
