She works at CEO and senior management level identifying high-quality executives to help develop fast-growing businesses in a rapidly changing sector. Her successful track record also includes appointments in FMCG, Chemicals and Building Materials industries across Russia & CIS. Before entering executive search, Tatiana received a three years’ experience working as a Lecturer for Oryol State Technical University. Tatiana holds an honours degree in Linguistics and Management from Oryol State University and speaks fluent English.
