John brings a positive attitude, knowledge, energy and passion to the recruiting industry from his nearly twenty years of leadership & experience in the professional field of Engineering Services. Civil Engineering brings the challenges of land/site development, water resources and wastewater design as well as roadway, bridge, structural engineering & project management. Factory Automation offers equal challenges in the CNC/machine tool, motion control, applications engineering, sales engineering, robotics and manufacturing arenas. John is experienced in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen principles of continuous improvement and ETQM, the Entrepreneurial spirit of Total Quality Management. He is also a long time member of AFSMI, the Association of Field Services Management International. John’s industry focus in Engineering, Manufacturing and Management are his passion because he possesses many years of experience in pre-sales support, aftermarket sales, as well as the tireless support of various engineering applications.
