Ekaterina Kimpelainen is a Partner with Amrop in Russia since 1995.

She is a Member of Amrop’s Regional Committee for Central and Eastern Europe, a Member of CEE Financial Services and Management Assessment Practice groups. She is a Member of the Association of Executive Search Consultants.

Ekaterina is specialized in consumer goods and services, financial services and industrial sectors. She is also a Consultant on motivation, retention and assessment of Top management. She has performed over 500 assignments for leading Russian and multinational companies.

Ekaterina is a speaker at international and Russian conferences, an author of various publications and surveys in business media. She is a Lecturer in Organisational Psychology. Ekaterina has a PhD in Psychology from St. Petersburg University. She speaks English and Russian.
