Richard is one of the leading Executive Search Consultants in Hungary and a founding partner of Amrop in the country. He is a member of the Consumer & Retail and the Financial Services Practice Groups which are especially very active in Central and Eastern Europe. His career before Amrop includes: Managing Partner of Spencer Stuart + Internal Consultant of the Board of Voest Alpine Steel AG in Austria + Deputy General Manager of a SIEMENS company + IT Consultant of Diebold. Over the past years at Amrop, Richard has succesfully placed top executives across a broad spectrum, which includes: Automotive & Manufacturing + FMCG & Retail + Banking & Insurance + Life Siences/ Pharma sectors for World leader companies. Richard is also involved in Management Audits & Assesments, Executive Coaching + Board Searches & Advice + HR Consultancy + Interim Management. Richard has a M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University in Budapest and recently received a Diploma in Coaching. In addition to his native Hungarian and German, he is fluent in English and speaks some French as well.
