Jim is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with simultaneous degrees in Telecommunications and Electrical Engineering and over eight years experience in the telecommunications industry. Jim specializes in placement and consulting services in the Electronics Industry with specific emphasis in semiconductors and printed circuit boards. His engineering background and excellent interpersonal skills allow him to effectively communicate with and facilitate solutions to candidates and clients regarding technical requirements and issues.
