Aviva has over 10 years of leadership experience in the recruitment industry with Fortune 500, corporate startup and search firms. Managing full scope large scale hires, she successfully developed effective hiring processes using creative candidate sourcing techniques beyond what traditional search methods employ. She spent six years in the national recruiting department of a Big 4 consulting firm developing and executing recruitment best practices. As a Senior Manager, she spearheaded the creation of an innovative proprietary national database that identified industry specific passive candidate leads generating a talent pipeline for quick turnaround and cost effective hires. She recognized and demonstrated that as internal competence grows with research and attracting difficult to find passive candidates, the reliance on external search firms is greatly reduced, allowing for significant savings to the bottom line. After experiencing the strength of passive candidate research, she recognized a hidden resource for improved candidate sourcing and was motivated to make it more accessible to corporate recruiters.
