Ms. Jan Kruchoski

biography

Jan Kruchoski’s career in recruiting began in 1982, and in 1995 founded LarsonAllen Search. Prior to LarsonAllen Search, she was the manager at a start-up office of a national search firm in Minneapolis. LarsonAllen Search conducts leadership searches in both the public and private sector across a broad range of industries and functional areas nationwide with an emphasis on small to medium, privately-held organizations.

Kruchoski holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications. She is personally and professionally committed to community outreach and civic service by being actively involved with the TwinWest Chamber of Commerce where she serves as Immediate Past Chair. She also serves as the Chair of the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce Education and Workforce Development Committee, the Junior Achievement Project LEAD! Board and the Eden Prairie High School Booster Association Board. In addition, she is involved with the American Cancer Society and Urban Ventures. She contributes articles on executive search and recruiting to a variety of publications.
