Ms. Lenka Kvacova

biography

Lenka joined Accord in 2004. She started her career working for a mid sized management consulting company dealing with HR restructuring project such as organisational changes, psychological assessment of managers, blueprint of new organisational structure including job descriptions. After that she moved to corporate HR with responsibility for recruitment, assessment of candidates, preparation of psychological evaluation of candidates and later on created a career development system for the company. She then joined Accord Group Prague as a consultant specialised in psychology, recruitment, organisational audits and outplacement services. Lenka is fluent in Czech, English and intermediate in Spanish and Russian.
