biography

After consulting for nearly 20 years, Andrew LaCivita created Milewalk to help companies like those he worked for find the caliber of resources as qualified as the colleagues he worked with.

During his consulting career, he focused on building strong organizational teams to spearhead companies into successful and long-lasting profitable entities. Spending the first half of his career with Accenture, he managed multimillion-dollar consulting projects with diverse resources.

In 1998, he had an opportunity to play an instrumental role in developing the vision and foundation for Inforte Corporation. As an integral member of the executive team, he helped grow Inforte from a $5 million company to a $60 million industry competitor in five years while also securing operations for Inforte's future stability as a public company. More recently, Andrew was recruited to Fathom Solutions for his visionary capabilities and proven record of championing business and organizational development.

Over the course of his career, Andrew has partnered with more than 70 clients from a variety industries including Business Services; Chemicals, Energy, and Utilities; Communications; Consumer Products; Financial Services and Insurance; Manufacturing; Media; Technology; and Travel and Leisure.
