Caroline possesses a solid education in management. She has held senior management positions in sales and customer service within the service industry for more than 10 years. Since 2004 she has held positions in management and consulting in executive search and personnel selection. Caroline has completed many assignments in executive search in various industries. She was responsible for mass recruitment campaigns for temporary and permanent positions for one of the largest recruitment firms in the country. As a branch manager she led a team of consultants in recruitment and selection.
