biography
A pioneer in the call centre space, Annita Lala had accumulated seven years experience in the industry before she finished her education.
An alumnus of York University, Annita holds both a BA and an MA. Upon graduation, Annita built upon her experience and moved into a management role at Sprint Canada. From there, Annita moved to TD, where she played a key role in the opening of TD’s first telephone banking centre. After TD, Annita landed at S&P Data as Director of Client Services, where she was responsible for $40 million in revenue. She has since opened her own call centre consulting firm, Lala & Associates, before joining IQ PARTNERS.
With more than 20 years experience in sales and service environments and firmly established her credentials as an expert in the telecommunications, technology and finance industries, Annita leverages that history for her work as a recruiter. Her focus at IQ PARTNERS will be in the call centre and CPG spaces.
