biography
Before starting Windsor Executive Search, Steffani spent more than 5 years with a large executive recruiting organization, where her talents and energy in growing the Senior Housing and Healthcare division moved her quickly into the role of Vice President. Nationally recognized by her clients as a leader in service delivery, her myriad accomplishments have included annual awards as a pacesetter among her peers.
Prior to recruiting, Steffani worked for over 10 years in the Food and Hospitality industry. She was responsible for recipe testing and assisted with photo shoots for internationally acclaimed Art Culinaire magazine. She has lived in England and France and traveled extensively, meeting and working with some of the world's great chefs. She is an Honors Graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, and has a degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management.
Steffani is the company founder. She enjoys being a mom, painting, cooking, reading, and riding Harleys in the great outdoors.
