biography

Dan Lasse founded Management Recruiters of St. Charles in 1987, and currently serves as the company's President. He holds a BS from the University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire, and a Master's Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. He began his career with the State of Wisconsin as a Counselor and Psychologist until he was recruited to join the Chicago and Northwestern Railroad in their Human Resource Department. Though Dan worked his way up the company through several promotions, he eventually chose to leave the railroad to start up his company, Management Recruiters of St. Charles. Dan specializes in General Management, including Human Resources, Accounting, Sales and Banking
